Why does CamStamp request camera permission?
Camera permission is required to take photos and record videos. Location and microphone access are optional and are requested only for GPS fields or video sound.
Why is a map or GPS field not visible?
Location-based fields remain hidden until a valid position is available. Enable location permission and Location Services, then return to the camera and allow a moment for the first GPS fix.
Can I change a template after taking a photo?
Yes. Open the item in the app gallery, choose Edit Template, select a design, adjust its fields, and save the updated result to that file.
Where are captured files stored?
CamStamp saves completed media to the device and lists it in the in-app gallery. Public media visibility can differ by platform and the storage permissions available on the device.
What does Premium include?
Premium removes advertising and unlocks folder creation. Monthly and yearly plans are managed by Google Play or the App Store, where purchases can also be restored or canceled.
What happens if the device is offline?
Core camera and gallery features remain available. Live maps, weather, place names, advertising, purchases, and update checks may wait until an internet connection returns.
